Independent Prescribing Optometrist- Ellis & Thompson, Cobham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Independent Prescribing (IP) Optometrist to join Eye Academy and our Ellis & Thompson practice. 

At Eye Academy, we’re known for blending premium eyewear collections with specialist clinical services. Across our award-winning practices, we pride ourselves on offering patients the very best: from cutting edge diagnostics to luxury frames sourced from around the world. 

 The Role

• Provide expert care in glaucoma management 
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using state-of-the-art technology
• Independently manage and prescribe treatment plans as an IP Optometrist
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
• Full-time including Saturdays 

About You

• Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification (essential)
• Diploma in Glaucoma (or working towards it) – highly desirable
• Hospital Eye Service experience preferred
• Clinically driven, with a passion for exceptional patient care
• Excellent communication skills and an interest in both specialist eye care and luxury eyewear
