Recruiting Optometrists to join our friendly, supportive, and highly experienced teams in our clients Aberdare and Maesteg practices, both easily commutable from Cardiff, Bridgend, and Swansea

What We Offer

• Structured, competitive salary: £52,000–£64,750 depending on experience and additional qualifications
• Professional fees paid (GOC, College of Optometrists, AOP)
• Annual CPD grant: £750–£1,500 depending on qualifications
• Extra days off for Bank Holidays
• No Sundays or evening clinics
• Alternate Saturday mornings only — we close at 12 noon
