Inspired Selections are seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join this high-end independent practice, working across our two locations: three days a week in Catford and two days in Colchester. Saturday work is mandatory for this role, salary up to £55,000+ bonuses!
-Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including pre-screening when necessary.
-Assist with front-of-house duties during busy periods.
-Demonstrate strong clinical skills and commercial awareness.
-Open to candidates who are newly qualified up to a maximum of three years of experience.
-Comfortable using a phoropter and managing computer-based records.
-Familiarity with OCT technology, with 40-minute testing times as standard.
-Salary range: £50,000 – £55,000, adjusted based on experience.
-33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
-Monthly bonus of 10% on second-pair sales, shared between the Optometrist and front-of-house staff.
-One pair of glasses provided per year.
-50% friends and family discount on eyewear.
-Relocation assistance of up to £3,000, paid in equal instalments over the first year (subject to conditions).
